Privacy Policy

Client-side processing — your text stays on your device, always.

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

1. Introduction & Data Controller

Aitools Test ("we," "our," or "us"), operating at https://aitoolstest.com, is a free online AI text analysis toolkit built and maintained by 345tool Team, an independent developer collective. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit and use our platform.

Our platform is architected to process all AI detection, token counting, and cost estimation computations entirely within your local browser. No user-generated text is transmitted to remote servers for analysis.

Data Controller: 345tool Team, reachable at [email protected].

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Because all analysis runs client-side, we do not collect, store, or process the following on any server:

  • Personal identification: No registration, login, name, email, or phone number is required to use any feature.
  • Text input content: Pasted or typed text, prompts, articles, and documents remain exclusively in your browser memory. All AI detection (5-metric statistical analysis), token counting (tiktoken cl100k_base approximation with output estimation), and cost calculation run locally.
  • Analysis results: AI probability scores, token breakdowns, complexity badges, question counts, and cost comparisons are rendered in your browser and never transmitted externally.
  • Downloaded reports: Reports are assembled via JavaScript in your browser and saved directly to your device through the Blob API. No data passes through our infrastructure.
  • Payment or financial data: Aitools Test is completely free and processes no payments, subscriptions, or financial transactions.

3. Server Access Logs

Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard web server access logs when you visit aitoolstest.com. These may include your device's public IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, visit timestamp, and pages accessed with HTTP status codes.

These logs are standard technical diagnostics maintained for operational stability, security threat detection, and bandwidth monitoring. They contain no personally identifiable information beyond a transient IP address and are completely decoupled from any text input, analysis results, or usage patterns on the platform. We do not combine or enrich server log data with external databases or profiling services.

4. Cookies, Local Storage & Analytics

Aitools Test does not deploy invasive tracking cookies, cross-site user telemetry, behavioral profiling pixels, or browser fingerprinting mechanisms.

Local Storage: Your browser's localStorage API may be used to preserve display preferences between sessions. This data stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can clear it at any time through your browser's "Clear Browsing Data" function.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We deploy a minimal GA4 measurement tag (G-EG633SNML5) for aggregated page view counting. This tag does not collect text input, analysis results, or any personally identifiable information. You can block GA4 through your browser privacy settings or ad-blocking extensions.

5. Advertising & Monetization

Aitools Test is offered completely free. Monetization relies on non-intrusive programmatic banner advertisements placed outside the core tool interface. These ad systems may use contextual targeting based on general webpage subject matter rather than individual browsing history or identity profiles.

You retain full control to manage advertising personalization through your browser's privacy configuration panel.

6. Third-Party Services

To deliver the user experience, Aitools Test loads the following external resources. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

  • Google Fonts: Inter, JetBrains Mono, and Sora typeface families loaded from Google Fonts CDN. See policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Material Symbols: Icon font assets from Google Fonts CDN. Same Google privacy policy applies.
  • Google Analytics 4: As described in Section 4, used for aggregated traffic analytics only.

Aitools Test does not embed social media widgets, comment systems, or third-party login integrations. No AI detection, token counting, or cost estimation computation involves any external API call.

7. Stateless Operation & Report Generation

Aitools Test operates on a fully stateless architecture:

  • No database storage: No text input, analysis result, or generated report is stored on any server database.
  • Client-side report generation: "Download Report" assembles the text file in your browser's JavaScript runtime and saves it directly to your device via the Blob API.
  • Clipboard operations: "Copy Report" writes to your system clipboard using the browser Clipboard API. Content is never transmitted to any remote endpoint.
  • Transient results: All analysis results — AI scores, token counts, complexity badges, and cost breakdowns — vanish when you close or refresh your browser tab.

8. Data Security

  • Local execution: Every analysis function — 5-metric AI detection, tiktoken-based token counting with output estimation, and user-defined cost calculation — runs inside your browser's JavaScript sandbox.
  • No data transmission during analysis: Your text inputs, AI probability scores, token breakdowns, and cost projections are contained entirely within your device's RAM.
  • Transient lifecycle: All operational data vaporizes when you close or refresh the tab. No persistent server-side storage of any user session state.
  • Offline functionality: Once page assets load, all three core analysis features work without an internet connection, confirming no data leaves your device during analysis.

9. Data Retention

Because Aitools Test collects zero user-generated data on server infrastructure, there is no user data to retain, archive, or manage. Server access logs described in Section 3 are retained by our hosting provider for standard operational periods (typically 30–90 days) and automatically rotated. These logs are used exclusively for security diagnostics, abuse prevention, and aggregate bandwidth monitoring.

10. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Right to Access: Since our architecture stores zero user profiles, registration records, or text analysis histories on external servers, there is no personal data repository to query. You can verify this by inspecting network requests in your browser's developer tools while using Aitools Test — no user-generated payloads are transmitted to any remote endpoint.

Right to Erasure: Your workspace data automatically vanishes from your device's RAM when you close or refresh the browser tab. No residual copies exist on our infrastructure requiring manual deletion.

Right to Restrict Processing / Opt-Out: Our platform does not engage in behavioral profiling, commercial sale of user data, or transmission of identity vectors to third-party data brokers. Since no profiling occurs, there is no processing activity to restrict.

Data Portability: No structured user data is held on our servers. Analysis results can be exported via the "Download Report" feature described in Section 7.

11. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Aitools Test does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under 13, in compliance with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and analogous international frameworks. No chat features, comment sections, or user-generated content submission forms exist on the platform.

If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted personal information through any channel associated with Aitools Test, contact us immediately at [email protected].

12. International Data Transfers

Aitools Test processes all computations locally within your browser. No user-generated data crosses international borders because no user-generated data is collected. Server access logs described in Section 3 are stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure, which may be located in data centers across various global regions. By accessing our website, you acknowledge that these minimal, non-personal log entries may be processed in countries other than your country of residence.

13. Policy Revisions

By using Aitools Test, you acknowledge and consent to the data handling practices described in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update this document to align with evolving web standards, browser API changes, or updates to international privacy legislation.

All revisions are posted immediately on this page (https://aitoolstest.com/privacy). The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision date. We encourage periodic review of this page.
